As approved vendors for the JAC, I See You Investigations can act as private court-appointed  investigators or mitigation specialists. Billings for providing investigative services such as locating and interviewing witnesses; locating and securing documents and other evidence relevant to the case; performing background checks; and researching any other factual issues relevant to the case such as credibility and character of witnesses are reviewed for completeness and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.  

When a criminal defendant retains private counsel, yet is determined indigent by the court for purposes of costs associated with the defense and the court approves the provision of due process services, JAC reviews and audits bills sent by due process vendors (such as investigators/mitigation specialists) for payment. 

If your financial situation warrants, your investigator fees may be covered by the Florida court system. Ask your Attorney for more information.
